I created Women Beyond Limits as a coaching and mentoring programme to help women design bold, purpose-driven portfolio careers and step into leadership with confidence, clarity, and impact.

This programme builds on the women’s leadership mentorship initiative I first designed in 2020 for NTT DATA, where I led a regional effort to support and elevate women leaders across the organisation. It also draws from my work with the Cartier Women’s Initiative (CWI), a global entrepreneurship programme that empowers women impact entrepreneurs to drive social and environmental change. More recently, I have extended this commitment as a mentor with the Young Women’s Leadership Connection (YWLC) in Singapore — a pioneering organisation, guided by Minister Grace Fu, that equips young women with mentorship, leadership development, networking, and social impact opportunities. In parallel, I serve as a Strategic Advisor to the Stewardship Asia Centre (SAC), a Temasek-backed think tank advancing stewardship and responsible leadership across Asia.

At its heart, Women Beyond Limits is rooted in my own portfolio career journey — founding initiatives that support vulnerable communities, scaling innovations in climate and climate finance, and leading all-female teams on challenging expeditions to some of the most remote corners of the globe. These diverse experiences shape my mentoring approach: blending strategy, storytelling, resilience, and vision to empower women to thrive.

Why This Programme?

The world no longer follows linear career paths. Today’s women leaders are designing portfolio careers — weaving together board roles, entrepreneurship, writing, speaking, impact projects, and adventure. I have lived this journey myself — moving from corporate roles to founding purpose-driven organisations, scaling climate innovations, serving on boards, and leading women on expeditions to some of the most remote corners of the globe.
