I created Women Beyond Limits as a mentorship journey for women who want to design bold, purpose-driven careers and step into leadership with confidence. It’s not only for those ready to launch a portfolio career now, but also for women who want to enrich their current trajectory and explore new tracks they might grow into in the future.
This program builds on the women’s leadership initiative I first designed in 2020 for NTT DATA, where I led a regional effort to elevate women leaders across the organisation. It also draws from my experience with the Cartier Women’s Initiative, a global entrepreneurship programme empowering women impact entrepreneurs to drive social and environmental change. More recently, I’ve continued this commitment as a mentor with Singapore’s Young Women’s Leadership Connection (YWLC), a pioneering organisation led by Minister Grace Fu. In parallel, I serve as a Strategic Advisor to the Stewardship Asia Centre (SAC), a Temasek-backed think tank advancing stewardship and responsible leadership across Asia.
At its heart, Women Beyond Limits is rooted in my own portfolio career, founding initiatives for vulnerable communities, scaling climate and finance innovations, and leading all-female teams on expeditions to some of the most remote places on earth. These experiences shape my mentoring approach: blending strategy, storytelling, resilience, and vision to help women thrive.

Why This Program?

Program investment: USD 3,000 for the full 3-month experience, payable in two instalments.
*20% of programme fees will support Women for Women International, a global charity empowering women survivors of war. For mentees based in Singapore, we also encourage those seeking hands-on volunteering to apply to be Big Sisters at the Pertapis Centre for Women and Girls, leveraging our relationship with the organisation to help you get involved.
