——-————BIO—-—————

Greetings! Christine Amour-Levar here.

Please allow me to introduce myself.

Raised in the Philippines by a Filipina mother and a French-Swiss father, my multicultural roots span Mongolian Huns to Spanish Basque Conquistadors. I speak six languages and have lived across four continents and seven cities, visiting nearly 80 countries along the way. Today, I’m based in Singapore with my husband and four children.

As a social entrepreneur, I’m passionate about climate and gender-lens investing, philanthropy, and community building. I founded two NGOs — Women on a Mission and HER Planet Earth — which use expeditionary travel to support vulnerable women and raise awareness about issues like violence, economic inequality, and climate change.

Leading all-women expeditions to some of the world's most remote regions has profoundly shaped me, stretching my limits and strengthening my resolve to drive impact through courage, collaboration, and purpose.

A bit about my journey…

My career has taken me from McCann Erickson in Tokyo to Nike across four continents, and later to leading Marketing & Communications at Temasek Trust, the philanthropic arm of Temasek Holdings. I then founded a consultancy, two NGOs, and most recently, Investors for Climate — a platform that mobilises capital for climate solutions through private gatherings in global financial hubs.

I serve on several boards focused on social impact and climate investing, including Investible VC, Utopia Capital, Zero Waste SG, and the Sulubaaï Environmental Foundation.

My dream is to be a catalyst for more equity in society and contribute to solving the climate crisis by channelling significant capital toward innovative solutions.

Above all, my heart is dedicated to advocating for vulnerable groups and the environment. And I consider myself fortunate to have found creative ways to build this legacy and leave a positive impact on the world around me.
