Greetings, Christine Amour-Levar here.
Please allow me to introduce myself.
Raised in the Philippines by a Filipina mother and a French-Swiss father, I carry a deeply multicultural heritage. I’ve lived on four continents, in seven cities, travelled to nearly 80 countries, and speak six languages. Today, Singapore is home, where I live with my husband and our four children.
I am a social entrepreneur focused on climate- and gender-lens investing, philanthropy, and community building. I founded Women Beyond Limits, an umbrella for my philanthropic work that brings together challenging expeditions, meaningful journeys, mentorship programs, and women’s community events.
Her Planet Earth is our expedition arm, raising funds through pioneering journeys that support wildlife conservation, coral restoration, and sustainable agriculture across Asia and Africa. We also organise shorter Meaningful Journeys to visit partner projects on the ground, offer Mentorship to help women design impactful portfolio careers, and convene Terra Goddesses, an NFT-based community that hosts in-person gatherings and encourages hands-on volunteering.
Leading all-women communities and expeditions has only strengthened my commitment to mobilising people, capital, and ideas in the service of collaboration and purpose.
A bit about my journey…
My career spans McCann Erickson in Tokyo, Nike across four continents, and leading Marketing & Communications at Temasek Trust, the philanthropic arm of Temasek Holdings.
These roles showed me how business, philanthropy and storytelling can shape culture and drive impact. I later built a consultancy, two NGOs, and Investors for Climate, a global platform mobilising capital for climate solutions in 40 cities. Through curated private gatherings in financial hubs, an accelerator programme for founders, and a syndicate uniting family offices, VCs, angels and institutions, we help scale high-impact innovations.
I also serve on several boards spanning social impact, leadership development, and climate finance - including Investible, ACA Investments, Stewardship Asia Centre, Zero Waste SG and the Sulubaaï Environmental Foundation.
My dream is to help channel significant capital toward innovative solutions that can tackle the climate crisis while advancing equity and opportunity in society. Above all, my heart remains dedicated to advocating for vulnerable groups and protecting our planet. I feel fortunate to have found creative ways to build this legacy.
